Just a quick update here from our pineapple farm in Panama. Our team keeps on growing every week and today we would like to introduce our newest member, chief agricultural engineer Rubiel Gaitan, who appears with Jim in the video below.

Rubiel brings a wealth of knowledge in large scale pineapple cultivation with experience in both Costa Rica and Panama. Working in conjunction with Eduardo Borhorquez, the farm’s other engineer, Rubiel’s involvement will ensure that farm is run efficiently with maximum pineapple yields. In addition to being the chief agricultural technical advisor for Colorada Fresh Pineapples, Rubiel is also the main technical advisor for the nearby large scale pineapple farming and pack house operation of Verba Odrec and Cruz Del Sur DUWEST S.A.

We have lots of farm tours scheduled over the coming months already, and invite everyone else to come and visit us as well.
