Pineapple Farm June 2018 Update

Latam InvestCo is excited to announce that we will be an exhibitor at the Freedomfest2018 investor conference at the Paris Resort in Las Vegas this year from July 11th to the 14th.

Alternative Size Investment Opportunities

We are making a few different size lots available to Phase 1 Investors as it is not possible to make all the lots 1 hectare in size due to land contours, planting areas, boundaries, etc. These lots are priced proportionally and the ROI will be the same as the regular 1 hectare lots as the per square meter planting density remains the same.

Please contact us if you’re interested in these, and we can send you a phase 1 lot plan showing the available sizes and locations in addition to sending respective ROI projections for each lot. Please note that these will be sold on a first come, first serve basis.
