Things have been busy at the farm over the past few weeks. The weather has been relatively dry for this time of the year in Panama. This has allowed us to make more progress than expected in preparing more land and planting seed stock on phase 1 investor lots.

Work is also underway on phase 2 which will consist of 21 lots with each at least 1 hectare in size. Phase 2 lots will have a higher pricing structure, but we still have a few lots left in phase 1 at the introductory price of $5.95 per square meter of planting area.

Please contact us if you’re interested in these, and we can send you a phase 1 lot plan showing the available sizes and locations in addition to sending respective ROI projections for each lot. Please note that these will be sold on a first come, first serve basis.
