Caribbean Beach / Ocean Front Lots Investor Tours

Tour options to see the property are by boat or helicopter.

The boat option is an overnight trip. We will pick you up in Panama City early in the morning in a luxury SUV and drive to the town of Miguel de la Borda (about 83 miles) where the road currently ends on the Caribbean coast of Panama. From there, we take our boat to beautiful beach / ocean front estate lots currently for sale to investors. This takes about 1.5 hours depending on the ocean conditions. After spending some time showing the beautiful beaches, natural clear streams and lush rain forest, we will move on to our lodge in Belen, a few miles (about 20 minutes) further down the coast.

At the lodge a late lunch will be served. After this there will be time to relax or walk on the beach. In the evening dinner will be served. The next morning after breakfast, we will return in the boat to Miguel de la Borda, possibly making another stop at the land on the way back. At Miguel de la Borda we return to your hotel in Panama City in the same SUV.

The cost of the tour is $750 for one person, but only an extra $50 for each additional person. At this time we would have room for a party of no more than 4 people. Please note that this cost is only to cover our direct expenses (i.e. gas for the boat can run about $550 per trip alone).

There is also a helicopter option starting at $1,600 for a party of two. We will again pick you up from where you are staying early in the morning and drive to Albrook airport in Panama City. From there we will take a helicopter directly to the site and land there (45 minute flying time). After touring the site, we will fly to the Belen lodge for lunch. After this will return to Albrook airport in Panama City then to your hotel arriving by midafternoon the same day.

When you invest in one or more lots, we will fully reimburse the cost of either the overnight boat trip or the helicopter trip.
