May 2019 Update – First Investor Harvest + Phase 2 Progress

This week we started harvesting the first phase 1 investor lots. These lots were sold and planted 13 months ago.

The current harvest has been contractually agreed to be sold on the local market. While our closeness to Tocumen International Airport and both canal ports opens up most export markets, there’s strong local demand as well for smaller harvest quantities of premium quality MD-2 pineapples.

The investor’s profit share of these lots will be paid to them as soon as the funds of the sales have been cleared (and well within the projected 18 months we promote).

Activity has also continued on our phase 2 lots, where newly funded investor lots have been planted and further land has already been cleared and prepared for additional investors.
